ESKIMO AUTO AIR LIMITED 1-YEAR WARRANTY
ESKIMOAUTOAIR.COM warrants all of its PARTS to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for ONE year from the date the PART WAS originally purchased. This warranty does not include labor of any kind and materials not furnished by ESKIMOAUTOAIR.COM or for any charges for such labor and materials. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
This limited warranty does not apply to PARTS that have been:
1 - Altered in any way so as to, in the judgment of ESKIMOAUTOAIR.COM negatively affect the performance and/or function. This includes the addition of chemicals such as "stop leak" and any attempts to repair the AUTO PARTS that have not been pre-approved by ESKIMOAUTOAIR.COM (such as with "JB Weld" or other chemicals or tools).
2 - Subjected to misuse, abuse, negligence or operating conditions other than those for which equipment was designed.
3 - Subjected to use in a vehicle other than those for which such equipment was specifically designed (i.e., fleet, performance, farm, offroad).
This limited warranty does not cover damage to connection threads stripped during installation. Credit will not be issued for damage caused by improper installation. This limited warranty does not cover the physical or chemical effects of water, steam, or other liquid, gases or agents present in the system or operating environment of the equipment or the failure of the vehicle warning system.
Also, cost of labor and any additional parts required to complete installation of a replacement PART are not covered by this limited warranty. Claims for engine damage caused by overheating will be denied. Warning lights and/or gauges are provided in all vehicles in order to warn operators of overheating conditions long before engine damage occurs.
This limited warranty is extended to and is enforceable by only the original purchaser and is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, including warranties implied by law and warranties of merchantability and fitness.
ESKIMOAUTOAIR.COM will not be responsible for incidental and consequential damages of any kind resulting from the purchase or use of its' products. This includes, but is not limited to, towing, car rental, lost wages, hotels, meals, etc.
The purchaser's remedy is limited to repair (at a repair facility of our choice), replacement or refund of any part which, upon return to and examination by ESKMOAUTOAIR.COM is found to be defective. ESKIMOAUTO.COM reserves the right to be the final authority as to determination of whether a returned product is covered under this warranty or not. The purchaser's remedy does not include any labor or materials for the removal, shipping or replacement performed.
Removal of any tag, label, or other means of manufacturer's identification will void this warranty. Claims for A/C system damage will be denied, as it is the certified installer's responsibility to ensure that the system is in proper operating condition following the required repairs.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
ALL PARTS PURCHASED FROM ESKIMOAUTOAIR.COM ARE WARRANTY FOR ONE YEAR FROM THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE DATE.
WARRANTY VOIDS:
1) WHEN REPLACING COMPRESSOR YOU MUST FLUSH ENTIRE AC SYSTEM WITH AC SOLVENT # 8011256 AND REPLACE AC DRIER OR ACCUMULATOR AND ORFICE TUBE OR LIQUID LINE IF ORFICE TUBE IN IT. (MUST SHOW PROOF OF PURCHASE OF DRIER OR ACCUMULATOR AND LIQUID LINE OR ORFICE TUBE IF NOT PURCHASED FROM US FOR WARRANTY).
2) WHEN REPLACING AN EXPANSION VALVE YOU MUST FLUSH SYSTEM IF NEEDED AND REPLACE DRIER OR ACCUMULATOR. (MUST SHOW PROOF OF PURCHASE OF DRIER OR ACCUMULATOR IF NOT PURCHASED FROM US FOR WARRANTY)
3) WHEN REPLACING A RADIATOR YOU MUST FLUSH COOLING SYSTEM AND USE RECOMMENDED COOLANT AT A 50/50 RATIO.
4) STRIP TREADS AND OBVIOUS DAMAGE TO AUTO PARTS.
